1 Child under 12 may share a bedroom free with adults at hotel. However, there will be cost for the child's breakfast.
Usually, the earliest check in time is 14:00 PM and the latest check out time is 12:00 at noon of the hotel. Please contact us as early as possible if you need a early check-in or late check-out. Because the early check-in is subject to the hotel room availability on your arrival day, while the late check-out may cause the extra cost.
Availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed, it depends on the rooms available in the hotel.
Normally, the hotel room rate will go up in public holidays, periods holding some international conferences and exhibitions, the local festival and traveling peak season, such as China National Day( from Oct 1st to Oct 7th), New Year’s Eve, Chinese Spring Festival, Canton Fair, Qingdao Beer Festival, Luoyang Peony Festival and so on. The hotel room rate is subject to change without any prior notice.

Please make sure all of your information in the orders is correct and valid,because that is the only identification when you check-in in the hotel.

Hotel rates
China hotel rates are quoted in CN Yuan.
Normally, the room rates are including 15% service charge and excluding other imposed Government Tax, City Construction Fee, etc.
Booking and cancellation policy varies from hotel to hotel .When you booked a hotel, you will be asked to view the specific terms and conditions of the hotel.
Some hotels room rate includes meal plan. If hotels quote the room rate with breakfasts at a package price, the hotel will not refund you breakfast’s cost whatever you use it or not. Usually the hotels offer only one breakfast if there is one guest living in the room, and two breakfasts for two guests. One room can only be offered two breakfasts at most, and extra money will be charged if you need extra breakfast.

Prepayment
We accept the payment by:

• Bill to Bill, which is a third-party online payment platform, by using your credit card,( visa or master card only).
• Pay by credit card, (visa or master card only)with a written guarantee form.
• Pay by cable transfer.

We are expected to receive your payment within 48 working hours as of date when we confirm your reservation. Otherwise, we will cancel the booking without any prior notice. Please feel free to contact us at any time when some special circumstances occur. We will take the circumstances into consideration when dealing with your reservation.

Due to the exchange rate variation between CNY and USD, please note that we only charge your fees based on CNY and the USD shown on our website is only for your consideration as a reference. If there is any additional fees caused by exchange rate variation or charged by the credit card company/bank, ChinaTourOnline.com do not have responsibility and you are expected to pay the additional fees.

Pay upon arrival at the hotel
Some of the hotels do not need to make full payment before you arrive. You are allowed to pay for the rooms at the room price confirmed by us at time of check-out with your personal charge in the hotel. But, China hotels are always under great demand in traveling season or in some dates holding international meetings or exhibition, and the hotel need to lock your reservation with your credit card information offered or one night room rate charged at time of confirmed booking. Once your booking is guaranteed whatever by your credit card or the full payment, any changes and cancellation on the booking will be bound to the hotel booking terms and conditions.

Alternation and Cancellation

Alternation
CTO provides the rather competitive hotel rates for online booking. If you changed the plan or need extend your staying in the hotel with a better price, please contact with CTO hotel reservation center directly as early as possible to make sure the room availability.

Cancellation:
Prepaid orders or orders Guaranteed by Credit Card need to be cancelled or changed within the deadline, or hotel will deduct some or all the room fee from you. Except the charges from the hotel, we also charge 10% of your room total amount.  Normally, the deadline is 72 hours prior to your check in date. But deadline time is varies from hotel to hotel.

No Show:
For prepaid orders or orders Guaranteed by Credit Card , if you do not show, you should pay for a no show charge after your Credit Card Guarantee has been verified and accepted by the hotel. For other orders, to avoid charging any fees, you can inform CTO as early as possible if you cannot show up.

Complaints and claims:
We endeavor to ensure that the arrangements we have made for you are implemented as arranged. But if a problem occurs during your stay at the hotel, you could have following ways to complaint:


• The most practical way to deal with the problem is to attempt resolution locally with the hotel. If you fail to follow this course, any claim for compensation may be reduced or denied. 
• If you have any unresolved complaint, details should be lodged in writing within 7 days after you check-out date. We will contact with the hotel’s on duty manger and will give you a best solution as soon as possible.
