Dear Nicholas Li,
We found the booking process is very good. The Voucher with hotel address and name both in Chinese and English provided by CTO is very helpful. Our stay at the Grand New World Hotel, Xian was so good. The hotel was very beautiful, staff were all very nice, and the rooms were clean and cozy.
