Day 2

Place & Transport Beijing
Today's Activities Begin to explore Beijing by strolling across Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. Walking through the square, you will come to the majestic Forbidden City. After that, take a rickshaw to Hutong Area, and pay a visit to the local family where you will have lunch with the family members. Then go on to visit the fantastic Summer Palace, the biggest and well-preserved imperial garden.

Day 3

Place & Transport Beijing
Today's Activities The morning excursion takes you to Temple of Heaven where emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven for good harvest. After lunch at a local restaurant, you take a scenic drive to the Great Wall, the less- crowded Mutianyu section (including round-trip cable car). Taste delicious Peking Duck as dinner. In the evening, enjoy the world-famous Kungfu Show before driving back to hotel.

Day 4

Place & Transport Beijing-Shanghai
Today's Activities Check out in the morning, and then take a photo stop at the Bird's Nest and Water Cube - the main stadiums of 2008 Beijing Olympics on the way to Beijing 798 Art Zone. Beijing 798 Art Zone with more than 200 art & culture galleries was once a military-industrial factory complex since early 1950's. As for lunch, you can get by yourself in Beijing 798 Art Zone. Then fly to Shanghai and the Shanghai guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest time of the day is on your own.

Day 5

Place & Transport Shanghai
Today's Activities In the morning, you will first visit Shanghai Museum and then to Renmin Square, Yuyuan Garden and the surrounding area. After a delicious western style lunch, you will start a brilliant Huangpu River Cruise to observe the beautiful landscapes on both banks. Then you will be transferred to see an exciting Chinese Acrobatic Show.
