	Today's Activities	CTO guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you at Beijing airport, and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of today will be free for you to adjust the time difference or explore the city by yourself.

Day 2	Place & Transport	Beijing
	Today's Activities	Pick you up at the hotel lobby and then head to the largest city square in the world, Tiananmen Square, and the most majestic imperial palace Forbidden City. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace. Then you will enjoy a fascinating Kungfu performance.

Day 3	Place & Transport	Beijing
	Today's Activities	Proceed to the Ming Tombs. After a lunch at popular local restaurant, head to the famed Mutianyu Great Wall (including round cable car), where you will be rewarded with the stunning views while strolling along. Dinner is left for you to taste some local snacks by yourself.

Day 4	Place & Transport	Beijing-Datong
	Today's Activities	Experience the traditional Chinese life style in the Hutong area by a rickshaw. After lunch, pay a visit to the Temple of Heaven. Afterwards be transferred to the railway station and take the soft sleeper train to Datong. Upon arrival, our guide will meet you at the railway station and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 5	Place & Transport	Datong
	Today's Activities	Pick you up and transfer to visit the featured Hanging Temple in Mt. Hengshan and Wooden Pagoda in Ying County. Then drive back to the city.

Day 6	Place & Transport	Datong - Taiyuan
	Today's Activities	As an ancient city, Datong is gifted with many attractions. Your itinerary today covers the most distinctive ones, such as Yungang Grottoes, one of the Four Grottoes in China, the spectacular Huayan Monastery, the splendid Nine-Dragon Screen and Shanhua Monastery. Then take the train to Taiyuan. Our local guide will pick you up at the train station and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 8	Place & Transport	Pingyao - Taiyuan
	Today's Activities	A visit to the well-preserved Qiao Family Compound and the ancient Shuanglin Monastery is arranged for you in the morning. On the way to Taiyuan, you will visit the Jinci Temple. After that, see you off at the airport and our service ends.
