Day 1	Place & Transport	Arrive in Lhasa
	Today's Activities	CTO guide will meet you at the airport and show you to the hotel. You will need time to adapt to the high altitude and should avoid physical activity for the rest of the day in order to prevent altitude sickness. Dinner is served at hotel.

	Today's Activities	Drive to the magnificent Potala Palace in the morning. After lunch, commence to visit Jokhang Temple and Bhakhor Street.

Day 3	Place & Transport	Lhasa
	Today's Activities	Pick you up after your breakfast and transfer you to visit Norbulingka and Tibet Museum. After lunch visit Sera Monastery for Lama scripture debate.

Day 4	Place & Transport	Lhasa-Tsetang
	Today's Activities	Pick you up after breakfast and transfer to Tsetang, check in hotel. After lunch visit Yumbulagang Palace and Tombs of the Tibetan Kings. Dinner is served at hotel.

Day 5	Place & Transport	Tsetang-Shigatse
	Today's Activities	Pick you up after your breakfast, transfer to Shigatse and check in hotel. After lunch, visit the Tashilunpo Monastery and New Palace of Panchen. Dinner is served at hotel.

Day 6	Place & Transport	Shigatse-Gyangtse
	Today's Activities	Transfer to Gyangtse after breakfast. Visit the Palkhor Monastery on the way. Check in hotel. After lunch, visit Phalha Manor and Gyangtse Old Street. Dinner is served at hotel.

Day 7	Place & Transport	Gyangtse-Lhasa
	Today's Activities	Pick you up after your breakfast, transfer to Lhasa. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the alpine damned lake-Yamdrok Lake and the white Karola Snow Mountain on the way to Lhasa. Upon your arrival of the destination, visit the Tibetan Traditional Hospital.
