Details: We pick you up at your hotel between 7:00 am and 8:30 am. Your whole day’s tour starts from Tiananmen Square, where you will stop for about 40 minutes. Then, pass through Tiananmen Gate Tower to see the grand Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palaces complex with 500 years history. Visit Forbidden City along its central axis from south to north, which takes about 2 hours.
On the way driving to Badaling Great Wall, you will have a 45 minutes’ visit to Jade Carving Factory. Jade carving is a kind of special Chinese traditional product, and an exquisite combination of the delicate skill on carving and Chinese cultures.
After having authentic Chinese style lunch at Jindian Restaurant, drive about 30 minutes to get to Badaling Great Wall. Badaling section is the most famed and a well-preserved great wall. The highest point of Badaling Great Wall is approximately 800 meters above sea level. Cable car is available here and optional.
On the way back to hotels, visit Tong Ren Tang to get more ideas of Chinese traditional medicine culture.
