Brief information on Fangshan Restaurant

Located in Beihai Park, Fangshan Restaurant is notable for offering the authentic and luxurious Chinese imperial cuisine. Opened in 1925 by imperial chefs of Qing Dynasty, the restaurant is decorated in imperial style with the design of dragon and phoenix. It has a capacity of 500 people eating at the same time and the servers are all dressed like the servants in Chinese movies. So this is a good place to experience the life of the Chinese emperors. Now, Fangshan serves about 800 kinds of imperial dishes, among which, Man Han Banquet is the most famed.
