Jiuhua Shan is another nice roast duck eatery. It is larger but not as pleasant as Dadong Roast Duck Restaurant. Well, it is more convenient for people who staying on the west side of the city. It focuses on the whole ducks, relatively low on fat and crispy. Sesame bun is comparatively another good choice to the traditional pancakes. Jiuhua Shan only roast 200 birds a day, so please get there early.
