Built in 1958, China Film Archives is attached to SARFT (State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television), and then in 1984, China Film Art Research Center established here. With the development of film industry, China Film Archives makes great progress in collecting, using and studying Chinese and foreign movies. As the largest Chinese movie documents collection, it became a key member in international film archives. So this is also an ideal place to meet others interested in art films.
