The host of Fu Family’s Teahouse is a former mechanics professor and the shop runs with help from his friendly English-speaking mother. Located on the south bank of Houhai, it is one of the most charming teahouses in Beijing with decoration of pleasant haphazard assortment of Ming Dynasty reproduction furniture.
