Chongqing Taxi
There are mostly two kinds of taxies in Chongqing. One is in yellow with the flag-fall price of CNY 5 for the initial 3 km and then CNY 1.2 for each km, the other is in white with flag-fall price about CNY 7 and the float per price is ranging from CNY 1.6 to CNY 2.4. The taxi service during daily 22:00 to 7:00 will be charged for extra 15%.
It is better for passengers to ask for the bill before get off since there are contact number and the license number of the taxi.
