Guilin Bus
As a developed tourist city, Guilin boasts a convenient public transportation system. Besides the common public buses, you’ll be delighted to find that there are also 8 tourism buses serving 110 routes free of charge for both locals and tourists alike. Just be prepared for those buses to be much crowed and you may need a longer time for waiting the buses. And be care for your accompanied money and baggage. No.51 from Donghuan Parking Lot to Guilin Station via Bird and Flower Market, Beiji Square, Central Square etc.
No.52 from Donghuan Parking Lot to Seven-Star Park passing through Sanlidian Square, Dongyin Road etc.
No.53 from Public Head Office to Beiji Square
No.54 from South Guilin Station to High-tech Zone via Shanghai Road, Anxin District, Chuanshan Park, Sanlidian Square etc.
No.55 from Pingshan via Nanhuan Road, Jingpingshan Bridge to Cheguansuo.
No.56 from Pingshan via Nanxi Park, Shanghai Crossroads, Jinagjun Road back to Pingshan
No.57 from Xifeng Road via Education College, Children Paradise, Ximen Bridge, Elephant Mountain Park, back to Xifeng Road.

The fair rate of common buses is CNY 1 per person, except the Bus No.99 from north to the south of the city which charges CNY 2 per person. The buses run begin from 06:00 to 07:00 in the morning to 18:00 to 21:30 in the evening.
Guilin Coach
Guilin is very accessible by highway from all directions. The extensive highway network connects Guilin with cities and counties in Guangxi and neighboring provinces. There are there coach stations in Guilin: the Chief Coach Station, the Chengnan Coach Station and the Beimen Coach Station. Almost all the regular buses are set off from the Chief Coach Station for surrounding cities in Guangxi and Hunan provinces. The Chief Station is located No.427, South Zhongshan Road, about 10-minute walking distance to Guilin Railway Station. The Chengnan Coach Station is situated at Zuizhu Road and the Beimen Station is located at North Zhongshan Road.
Guilin-Yangshuo Coach Bus
Yangshuo is a popular tourist attraction located about 65 km south of Guilin city center. As it is the destination to many tourists in Guilin, hence it is worth mentioning that the coach bus transportation is available from Guilin to Yangshuo. Travelers who reach Guilin either by air, by train or by coach could also get to Yangshuo easily.
From Guilin Liangjiang International Airport, travelers can take the airport bus to get to Chief Coach Station, and then go to Yangshuo by coach bus there.
From Guilin Railway Station, tourist could take the medium-sized buses that make local stops leaving for Yangshuo every 20 minutes from 6am to 10pm. It will take about 70 minutes for the whole journey and the ticket fare is about CNY 12 per person.
From Chief Bus Station, travelers could directly take the regular coach bus from 7am to 6pm. The whole journey takes over 70 minutes and the ticket fare is around CNY 14 per person.
