Huangshan is abundant in rich tourist resources. There are not only unparalleled sceneries of mountains and rivers, but also a great amount of human landscapes embodying ancient Chinese culture. Covering an area of 154 square kilometers, Yellow Mountain Scenic Area is even more remarkable for its pine forests, rocks, seas of cloud and hot springs. In 1985, Huangshan Mountain was chosen as one of the Top Ten spots in China, the only mountain area to be chosen. In 1990, it was listed as a World Cultural Heritage Site and World Natural Heritage Site. Around Huangshan Mountain, there are also many other wonderful attractions worth trying, such as Bao’s Family Garden, Hongcun Village, Shexian Tangyue Stone Arches, Tunxi Old Street.
