Suizhou Overview:  Suizhou is an open city to the outside world under the direct jurisdiction of Hubei Province in China which has an area of 9363 square kilometers and a population of 2.5 million. It has long history, great culture and abundant products, which is known as its antiquity, uniqueness, beautifulness and newness, and is a famous historical and cultural city in China. It Lies in the transitional zone of hills between the Jianghan Plain and the Central Plains, it is a city of military importance in the north of Hubei Province.

Suizhou Climate & Weather:  Suizhou has a subtropical monsoon climate, four seasons are discernable, rich in sunshine and abundant rainfall. The chilly and torrid periods in midwinter and midsummer are relatively short. Its annual average temperature falls around 15.5C (59.9F).

Language in Suizhou:  People in Suizhou speak Mandarin dialects; most of these dialects are classified as Southwestern Mandarin dialects, a group that also encompasses the Mandarin dialects of most of southwestern China.

By Air:  There is no airport in Suizhou City and you can take a bus or taxi at the Tianhe Airport in Wuhan City which is in the Tianhe Town, Huangpo District of Wuhan and then get to Suizhou. It is about one hour's drive from Wuhan Tianhe international Airport.

By Train:  Jingguang Railway (Beijing-Guangzhou) and Handan Railway (Hanxi of Wuhan- Danjiang) go through the whole reign of Suizhou and the priority project of China Ningxi Railway (Xi’an- Nanning) will join with Handan Railway in Suizhou. Suizhou Railway Station is located in Jiaotong Jie.

By Bus:   No.107, 316, 312 Highways, six provincial roads and Hanshi Highway go across the whole city and the connecting road of the Jingzhu Highway (Beijing-Zhuhai) and No.107 National Highway lies in the area of Guangshui. the central bus station is seated in No.29, Jiefang Lu.
