Kunming Taxi
Taxi should be the most convenient way to get around in Kunming City. The flag-down rate of the taxis in the city is about CNY 8 for the first three kilometers and then CNY 1.8 for each kilometer. From 22:00 to the next 6:00, the flag-down rate increases to be CNY 10 for the first 3 kilometers, and CNY 2.4 for each additional kilometer. Besides, taxi fares also increase while sitting in traffic, about ten minuets charge the fee for one kilometer.
