Located at the foot of Gaolan Hill is Five Springs Mountain Park. The 1,600-meter-peak is so called, well, for its five springs: Ganlu Spring, Juyue Spring, Mozi Spring, Meng Spring and Hui Spring.
3. Jincheng Baita
This meaty plate of nosh is named after Lanzhou's White Pagoda, whose many-layered tower is recreated on the plate with slices of assorted cold meats, which include pig liver and yellow shrimp.
