Lijiang Weather - Information-on Lijiang Climate
Although Lijiang is situated at low latitude, the high elevation, uneven land and complex mountain ranges have given Lijiang multifarious climates and distinct wet and dry seasons. The whole Lijiang region contains three kinds of climates including a subtropical zone, temperate zone and Frigid Zone. There are distinct dry seasons and wet season all throughout the terrain. The dry season lasts from November to April, and the wet season is between May and October with plenty of rainfall during this period. The average annual temperature is 12.6 ℃ and the annual rainfall is 900 to 1200 mm. Autumn is the best time to visit Lijiang.
