Nanning Train

Travel by rail is a popular way to get into and out of Nanning as the Hunan to Guangxi, Guizhou to Guangxi, Guangxi to Zhanjiang and Nanning to Kunming lines can be used to travel from Nanning to most of China and Hanoi in Vietnam.
The city's main station is the Nanning Railway Station, located in Zhonghua Road in the central area of city. Rail journey times to major destinations: Beijing (27hrs), Shanghai (28hrs), Guangzhou (12hrs), Xian (33hrs), Chengdu (36.5hrs), Kunming (12.5hrs) and Zhangjiajie (14.5hrs). The Pan-Asian Railway Network is under construction, which will link the city to Singapore via Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia.
