Shanghai Uncle Restaurant seems as an old dream at sea. The whole restaurant are full of dolorous art painting created by uncle itself, hanging the diameter of 2 meters red palace lantern on the patio, and making the Chinese red and peony as the keynote. Not only the foreigner, but also the native Shanghainese love the dishes here, such as tender pine seed pork rip, Shanghai traditional smoked fish, Uncle’s crispy pork of flame, and the dusion-influenced cheese baked lobster with homemade noodles.
