Situated in the center area of Suzhou Old City, Guanqian St. is named after Xuanmiao Taoist Temple (Xuanmiao Guan). There are many time-honored brand stores operating the traditional cakes, tea and silk. In addition, the snack street of Taijian Lane located in Guanqian St. is famous for the traditional Suzhou dishes. After years of reconstruction, Guanqian St. became a complex with dense local flavor of business, culture, religion and travel.
