Brief information on Multi-bless Temple  



Firstly built during Tang Zhenguan period, Multi-bless Temple (Duo Fu Si) is located in the northwest of Taiyuan city and on the top of Juewei Mountain. 

Multi-bless Temple was once damaged in the war at the end of Song Dynasty, and rebuilt later in Ming Dynasty. There are 7 architectures preserved today, including the Temple Gate, the Bell Tower, the Main Hall, Manjusri Pavilion, Depository of Buddhist Classics, etc. There are 84 wall paintings and some statues in the Main Hall, which are all preserved from Ming Dynasty, and only the brick tower is in its original structure of Song Dynasty. Besides, the Shuanghong Shelter, where the famous scholar of Ming Dynasty, Fu Shan was hiding, also is located in this temple.

Surrounded by sounding streams and circled by quiet hills, Duo Fu Si is existing in its graceful style and welcoming people to enjoy its unique feeling.
