Brief information on Tianta Lake  

“Tianta” refers to the Tianjin TV & Radio Station, built in 1991. Erected between the sky and bluish waves, it is the only water-based tower  in the world, which is the prestigious “Tianta Floating Clouds”. From the top of Tianta, sightseers are treated to splendid panoramic views of Tianta City.?

The tower also boasts an excellent revolving restaurant, much like the one in Centre-Point tower in Sydney. It also afford wonderful views, as well as offering excellent Tianjin snacks, such as Goubuli Steamed Bun and maobuwen boiled dumpling.  Beside the Tianta, there are the world-class music fountain, water curtain movie, and the longest man-made mountain in China, all of which add to the areas uniqueness. One can clearly see that Tianta Lake Scenic Area is a good place for sightseeing, food, entertainment, and broadcasting. A unique and colorful combination!
