Wuhan Bus
In Wuhan, the buses are divided into the common buses and the Special-Route Buses, some of which are trolley buses. Besides, there are also urban Tour Buses, urban View Buses along river, suburban Tour Buses, etc., which are very practical and convenient for the tourists. The common bus charges CNY 1 or 1.2, adopting self-service ticketing, but the special-route bus charge more than the common bus.

Because the State Highway 107, 316 and 318 passing through Wuhan and the freeways being bound for the surrounding cities form a highway transportation network linking the South and North, each day, there are more than 4,000 coaches pass in and out of Wuhan. Some of them are bound for Nanjing, Hefei, Changsha, Zhengzhou, etc, and some are bound for the famous sightseeing places like The Three Gorges, Zhangjiajie, Mountain Huangshan, Jinggang Mountain, etc.
