Brief information on Xian Qinling Wildlife Park  

Qinling Wildlife Park is located on the north foot of Mt. Qinling, about 28 kilometres south of Xian City. It is a comprehensive garden site, focusing on animal protection, popular science education, and sightseeing and leisure vacation activities. As the first park of its kind established in northwestern China, the park serves the realisation that the natural environment of Mt. Qinling provides for the abundant wildlife in the .The park is home to more than 300 species of animal, with many different types of birds, mammals, amphibians and reptiles.

It consists of four regions, including pedestrian region, vegetarian region, beasts of prey region and bird region. In the non-pedestrian regions, tourists should take sightseeing buses or battery carts in order to survey the various regions.
