In a tale, the first emperor during Yuan Dynasty, Genghis Khan and his army first invent the instant-boiled mutton accidentally in an emergent expedition by cutting the mutton in half-frozen slices with saber, and putting them into boiled-water pots.
Dong Lai Shun Restaurant was open in 1903 with the instant-boiled mutton as its specialty. The instant-boiled mutton here is quite different from others because its fine-selected lamb and varieties of gradients. The age of the lambs they used for hot pot only ranges from 1 to 1.5 years, which are delivered from Xinlin Gol of Inner Mongolia.
There is a small tip for you when you enjoy the instant-boiled mutton, as its name implies that it is instantly cooked, you should not boil the mutton for too long time, or the meat will not be soft, tender, and delicious as it should be.
