Brief information on Julong Tan Cave  



Julong Tan Cave is located between Moon Hill and Big Banyan, consisting of black caves and water caves. The tourists can get to this attraction through land or water. The domed roof at the highest point is 25 m high and 30 m wide. Numerous stalactites looks like diverse dragons, some of which lie, fly and dance, and some of which are golden, blue and yellow. The attractions in Julong Tan Cave are all formed naturally without any artificial decoration, with a total of 48 dragons in all.

The most important attraction of Julong Tan Cave is Qishi Palace, which is close to Yulong River, Jinbao River, Big Banyan, Moon Hill, and surrounded by mountains. It occupies an area of more than 900 m2, and has ethnic architecture. The pavilions, terraces and towers are in shade and look quaint and simple. In Qishi Palace, there are also seven exhibition halls displaying more than one thousand species of rare rocks in various shapes and sizes.
