Yangshuo Travel Tips No 1: Hiking
The hiking along Lijiang River in Yangshuo will pass two attractions viz. Yangdi Hiking Attraction and Xingping Hiking Attraction, which are connected but belong to two towns. The former one is located in Yangdi Township and the latter one is located in Xingping Town. The juncture of the two hiking attractions is a geracomium in Xingping Town. It is the end point of Yangdi Hiking Attraction and the starting-point of Xingping Hiking Attraction. If want to have a hiking, you have to buy the ticket in Yangdi Pier. The ticket price is CNY 16.

Yangshuo Travel Tips No 2: Rock Climbing
If you want to make a rock climbing in Yangshuo, here are some tips on it: first, you have to well prepare the basic equipments for climbing such as harness, descender, ascender, carabiner, quick draws (at least 30), 2 or 3 climbing ropes (60 meters long), helmet and some slings; Second, if you choose a difficult climbing route that can’t be finished within one day and want to go on staying on the rock, you have to bring the portaledge, headlamps and enough food and water.

Yangshuo Travel Tips No 3: Rafting
Rafting is a recreational activity with certain danger. The tourists should take care of themselves, and go to the appointed place to buy tickets. When taking rafting, you’d better wear the life jackets, and not take off it or swim midway; you’d better not bring the valuables to the raft unless you can keep it well. The raft can only load two persons. The child should be accompanied by the adult. Drinkers, persons with hypertension, heart disease and cardio-cerebrovascular disease, the disabled, pregnant women, kids under 6 years old and old persons above 60 years old are advised not to take rafting.

Yangshuo Travel Tips No 4: Prepared Items before Departure
Before leaving for Yangshuo, you should prepare some mosquito repellants. In summer, apart from the summer clothes, you have to bring sleeved clothes to keep off the sunshine or resist the coldness when visiting the caves. Besides, cashes and bank cards should be prepared enough because sometimes, the credit cards may not be useable.
