Before booking
1. Is electronic ticket used in China?
Yes. Since 2007, electronic tickets have been widely used in China and there’s no need to take a paper ticket to check in. Booking information of Passengers is recorded in the China airline’s system. You only need to show your valid credential to check in at the Business Service counter in the airport. After passengers are identified by the airline, the staff will print out your boarding pass and baggage tags.

2. Which cities can I enter China?
The most convenient entry and exit points for China are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Guilin, moreover, other places are available. There are frequent flights to and from major cities in China.
3. How many destinations can you book in China?
We can book flights about 40 cities in mainland China, including most provincial capitals and top cities in Mainland China. If your destinations are not in our list, please send us your specific requirements by email or fax, we will reply you with details as soon as possible.

4. Can I book an international flight in mainland China?
Sure, we can book international flights for you , and you need to tell us your booking information by email or fax.

5. Can you tell me the mainly airlines in mainland China?
There are many airlines in China. The following are the airlines that have a broad range of flights.

6. Can I book a flight ticket to Tibet?

Sure. But firstly you should confirm you’ve got the permit to Tibet. The Tibet Travel Permit is required by the Tibet Tourism Bureau. So you have to get the permit before your flying.


7. Is there any rule for booking a ticket for children and infants?
Infants (0-2yrs) younger than 14 days are not allowed to take flight. And an infant ticket is 10% of the full fare of an adult ticket and one adult can only take one infant. If a passenger needs to buy more than one infant ticket, he must buy a child ticket for the extra one. There is no seat provided for infants on the plane. A Child (2-12yrs) ticket is 50% of the full fare of an adult ticket.

  2. Fill out the form for your detailed information. Please make sure the passenger name you have filled is as same as the name on the valid credential.
  3. Review the booking information, then submit your booking order to us. Before submitting, please make sure that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions on our website.
  4. You can pay directly on the website. You can also choose to pay through the payment address we send you in the email.
  5. Your ticket will be issued when we receive your full payment, and we will email receipt of your ticket to you immediately.


After booking:

1. Which types of identification are accepted when boarding?

Usually foreigner’s valid identification is passport. And for children and infants, they’d better provide their valid certification with their birth date.

2. When should I arrive at the airport?
Most of China airlines stop the check in procedure 30-45 minutes before flights departure. Therefore, please get to the airport at least 2 hours in advance.

3. Is there any necessity to confirm the tickets which booked on your website before the departure time?
Yes. There might be flight changes or cancellations caused by bad weather or by airlines, if we receive any information about flight changes, we will send the latest information to your email. In order to avoid the possibility that we can not inform you, You’d better call us or check your email frequently to confirm your flight the day before your departure date.

4. How long should I leave for connection flight?
We suggest that 2-3 hours should be left at least for your flight connection if you need to connect to another flight.

5. What’s the rule of free luggage in domestic China?
For the check-in luggage, passengers holding an adult fare or half fare ticket are entitled to a free baggage allowance of 40kg (88 pounds) for first class, and 30kg (66pounds) for business class, while20kg (44 pounds) for economy class. No free baggage allowance is granted to infants. If your luggage is over the limitation, you will need to pay for the excess weight, and some of the airports in China are quite strict with this.

6. What’s the rule of carry-on luggage in domestic China?
For the carry-on luggage, total weight of carry-on baggage for each passenger may not exceed 5kg (11 pounds). First class passengers may carry up to 2 pieces. All other passengers may carry on only one piece. The size may not exceed 20x40x55cm. Carry- on baggage in excess of the limit is subject to an excess baggage fee and must be carried as checked baggage.

7. What articles are limited on domestic flights in China?
In order to avoid the danger brought by lighter or match and to ensure the safety of passengers, according to CAAC, passengers are forbidden to bring lighters, matches and the like articles both in carry-on luggage and invoice luggage. We recommend you to check your luggage and ensure there are no such articles to guarantee you can be aboard. If you have some valuable lighters,you can store them in airports for a short period. Chinese airports offer storage service to make convenience to the most extent to you.

According to International Civil Aviation Organization and CAAC, passengers are demanded to follow the rules below:
  1. Lithium Cell is forbidden to be brought in invoice luggage.
  2. Passengers are allowed to bring Personal used electronic equipments (as watch, calculator, camera, mobile phone, hand-held computer, portable video camera and articles like these) which contain lithium or lithium ion cell core and cell. You are demanded to store your emergency cell carefully to avoid shout circuit. And your cells must be brought in your carry-on luggage. Every emergency cell you bring along with you must be limited within the following amount;
      1) For lithium metal or lithium alloy cell, lithium content must be limited within 2 gram.
      2) For lithium ion cell, lithium content must be limited within 8 gram.
If you can store your cell well, you are allowed to bring lithium ion cells within total lithium content of 25 gram. And two emergency cells are allowed to be brought for each passenger.
Other types of emergency dry cell (such as nickel-hydrogen cell).are also allowed to be taken along with you if you can protect them well from short circuit.
From April 2, 2008, with the consideration of passengers’ safety, CAAC has decided to adjust the regulations about carry-on liquid luggage on domestic flights. The regulations are as following:
  1. All domestic flight travelers may not carry liquids, gels and aerosols in their carry-on baggage. However, if the package accords with the standards of CAAC, the airline Companies will deliver the liquid baggage for you.
  2. Passengers’ cosmetics are allowed to be carried and each kind of cosmetic can be carried only one item whose volume must be within 100 ml. And the cosmetics must be put in to bags and opened to receive checking for security.
  3. Passengers from abroad who need to transfer in China are demanded to be packaged their duty-free liquid luggage into non-destructive transparent plastic bag and show the shopping credential for the convenience of security checking.
  4. Passengers with infant can apply for liquid milk to airline companies when buying their tickets and airline companies are able to provide them for free. Diabetic and other patient passengers who need to carry liquid medicine are demanded to deliver their medicine to the airline companies for keeping after security checking.
  5. International passengers follow the formal regulations about liquid luggage as following:

     1) From May 1, 2007, each international flight passenger is allowed to carry one container with no more than 100 ml liquid. Alcohol can only be           taken as checked luggage. The excess part should be delivered to consign.
     2) When taking international flights, liquid containers must be packaged in non-destructive transparent plastic bags whose volume is no more           than 1 liter (20*20). Each passenger is only allowed to carry one bag and the excess part should be delivered to consign. Liquid luggage is           demanded to receive security checking separately.
     3) Articles which is limited for carrying contain liquid drink (as mineral water, tea water, carbonic acid drink, milk, juice and so on), cosmetics(as           toothpaste, shampoo, bath cream and skin cream and gels), medicine(as eye drop, take orally medicine and externally applied agent),           aerosol(as sizing water, gel). Furthermore, food packaged with bottles and jars is also limited to carry.

8. What’s the rule for pregnant women or seriously ill patients to book flights?
It is not recommended to fly for pregnant women who are in their 8th month of pregnancy or later. If you really need to buy a ticket, the airlines need two copies of a signed doctor’s permission letter with the passenger name, age, pregnancy date, Expected Date of Confinement (EDC) and special care on when you apply for the ticket. For seriously ill patients, a doctor's written permission needs to be provided to apply the airline's boarding approval before purchasing your ticket.

9. Can I take my pet flying with me?
If you want to travel with a pet you have to apply to the airlines at least 3 days before your departure date. Health certificates and other documentation may also be required. Rules may vary from airlines about taking pets on board, we suggest you to call airlines directly for more details. For the health and safety concern, we advise you to get some more information from the veterinarian whether your pet is fit for flight.
