Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your ticket to make sure you understand them and thus to ensure your rights. Making reservation on our website implies that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.
China flights:
The flight information on our website, except the discount of ticket price which changes from time to time according to airline, is accurate and updated because we connect with China Airlines Searching and Booking Engine. Lower discount and much more hot deal are available on our website, and we guarantee to provide warm and considerate service to you.
Please note that departure and arrival time of flight displayed on our web site is the time of GMT+8.
E-ticket has been widely used in China. All tickets we provide are E-tickets unless we have special illustration. You can check in by only showing your valid passport. All your booking information is recorded in the China Airline’s system.
Ticket fare:
The fare displayed on our web site is shown by CNY & USD. The actual fare is based on CNY and the price showed in USD is provided only for a reference. The fare showed on our website includes: ticket fare, Airport Construction Fee and our service charge.
The price we provide on our website may go up or down according to the price change from airlines. So the ticket fare we provide is for reference and the real price can be confirmed only when ticket is issued.
Service charge:
It does not charge any fees to make reservation on our web site. And before your ticket is issued, it also charges no fee for your changes or cancellations. We only charge service fee for issuing your ticket,and for any changes and cancellations after issuing your ticket (except the fees for your ticket changes or cancellations charged by Airlines). Our service fee for issuing or changing or canceling your ticket is 3% each time of your full payment for your consumption this time.
Reservation:
We accept fax, email and online booking. You can make your reservation directly on our website, or by email or fax.
If you plan to book over 10 (included) tickets, please inform us by e-mail or by fax.
No matter which ways you prefer to book your ticket through our service, passenger’s full name, passport number, nationality, contact number and email are necessary. Please make sure passenger name is as same as the name on the valid passport. Any losses caused by the wrong information you provide will be on your side.
The detailed ticket information will be sent to your email both after your reservation is submitted and your ticket is issued. With your valid passport, you can take your flight according to the information we have provided to you.
Your reservation should be made at least 24 hours before your flight departure time. And about the reservation submitted less than 24 hours before the departure time, we will try every effort to deal with your request. However, we do not guarantee the ticket can be issued betimes. And thus, to the latter situation of failure of issuing your ticket, the refunding fee charged by banks is on your side.
Please avoid submitting your same reservation for more than once, and otherwise you need to take the consequences caused by repeated reservations.
If you need to change your flight before issuing, please submit your preferred flight again on our website and add an illustration in the blank of special request or you can only provide your preferred flight in the email to us and we will change the flight for you.
Please inform us if you need any special diet or wheel service and we will try every effort to arrange for you. But we are not sure to offer you such services because special services are various in different Airline Companies or airports.
Payment:
Two methods of payment:
1.Visa or Master card online payment through PayPal;
2.pay through Western Union.
Visa or Master card authorized ChinaTourOnline appropriation right through the Credit card Billing Form.
The credit card holder must be the passenger or one of the passengers. If the credit card holder is not the passenger or one of the passengers, you need to download the guarantee form we provided and after filling it, you need to scan and send it to us by email or fax. When we receive your guarantee form, your ticket can be issued. And if we do not received your guarantee form 24 hours before the departure time of your flight, we remain the right to cancel your reservation and the refund fee charged by banks is on your side.
Due to the exchange rate variation between CNY and USD, please note that the actual fare is based on CNY and the price showed in USD is provided only for a reference. If there are any additional fees caused by exchange rate variation ,ChinaTourOnline.com does not take any responsibility and you are expected to pay the additional fees.
You are expected to pay within 6 hours after you receive our validation email. If your delaying payment results any change of your ticket price, you need to pay for the price difference.
If you have submit one reservation for more than once, please only pay for your valid reservation. If you pay for your invalid reservation or all of them, after our confirmed the valid reservation with you, the refund fee charged by banks is on your side. In order to guarantee your interests, please only pay for your valid reservation.
Cancellation policy:
If you want to change or cancel your reservation, you need to inform us by email or fax and the signature must be the passenger or one of the passengers. We will deal with your demanding as soon as we receive your email or fax and the disposing result will be sent to your email betimes.
There will be penalties for change or cancellation after your ticket is issued. We will charge the fees according to the change and cancellation policy of related airlines. Besides the charges from airlines, we will also charge 3% each time of your full payment for your consumption this time as service fee.
Change of your flight may result in a change of airfare because ticket discount may vary. So if you want to change your flight after issuing your ticket, you need to pay the extra fare for the difference and our service charge of 3% each time of your full payment for your consumption this time.
Cancellation fees are varying depending on the ticket discount percentage and airlines’ policies. Therefore, after issuing your ticket, canceling your booking will incur a cancellation fee and our service charge of 3% each time of your full payment for your consumption this time.
Travel document:
You warrant that all information you have provided to us while using our booking system is true, valid and coincident with your boarding passport. You are expected to take the loss caused by being refused to board due to an invalid traveling passport.
According to CAAC General Office, foreign travelers who want to take the flights to Tibet are demanded to hold and produce the valid passport and the Tibet Travel Permit. Please make sure you have got the permit and otherwise you will bear the full loss for refusal of your boarding.
Contact information:
Information (name, email, phone, address) of the contact person you have provided should be valid and correct. In case of flight schedule change or cancellation, we can inform you betimes. If we cannot contact you with your invalid information, your contact person or you will bear full responsibility for all of the consequences.
Health certificate:
If you want to book flight for pregnant women or seriously ill persons, it’s your responsibility to confirm that they have the health certificate or a doctor’s permission letter to prove they can take flights. We are not responsible for the risks, injuries during their journey.
We cannot make reservation for women past their eighth month pregnancy.
Complaints and claims:
We endeavor to ensure that the arrangements we have made for you are implemented as arranged. If you have any dissatisfaction with your flight caused by airlines, you should negotiate with the airlines locally. If they cannot solve the problem, you should contact us immediately by telephone, fax or email, and we will try to assist you. If you fail to follow this course, any claim for compensation may be reduced or denied. If you have any unresolved complaint, please lodge in the details as well as your booking number, and your contact information in writing within 7 days after your departure date.
Responsibility:
If there are any changes or cancellations of your flights, we have the responsibility to inform you betimes for your convenience to rearrange your traveling itinerary.
Since there will be some special circumstances, your reserved flight or ticket price may vary. According to such conditions, we will inform you immediately if you have fully paid for your ticket already. And if you do not accept the changes, we promise to refund your full ticket fare.
Due to Force Majeure such as wars, natural disasters, earthquake, political reasons, terrorisms, schedule flights changes and cancellations by airlines are out of our control. It is not our responsibility if Force Majeure disturbs your journey.
