Today's excursion will take you to one of the greatest archaeological discovery - The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses, which silently guarded the tomb of China's First Emperor for over 2,200 years. The extensive excavation, still in progress, has yielded over 6000 life-sized terra cotta warriors, each individually sculpted, with the physical characteristics of the humans they were modeled after. After a local featured dainty lunch, drive back to the hotel and passing by the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – the sign of ancient Xian. Make a stop and choose the best angle to view this "Leaning Tower of China", you will also be amazed by those exquisite architectures and sculptures on the two sides of the square in the front of the pagoda.

In the morning, pay a visit to the Shanghai Museum where you can appreciate a large number of precious collections. Afterwards, ramble around the Bund, a famous waterfront, which is regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. After lunch, enjoy a tranquil and happy time in the Yuyuan Garden, a 400 year old classical Chinese garden in the Old Town of Shanghai. Then stroll around the Yuyuan Market, a bazaar of stores selling traditional Chinese arts and crafts and souvenirs. Finally, you can walking along the Tianzifang, a new art zone in Shanghai, where you can find special architecture of old shanghai city as well as a lot of bars, cafes, craft shops, studio, galleries, and boutiques.
