	Today's Activities	Our guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby. Head for the largest city square in the world, Tiananmen Square, and the majestic Forbidden City in the morning. After having lunch, transfer to visit the impressive Temple of Heaven. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 4	Place & Transport	Beijing-Lhasa
	Today's Activities	Our guide will pick you to take a morning flight to the holy Lhasa. Upon your arrival, our guide will meet you at the airport and show you to the hotel. You will need time to adapt to the high altitude and should avoid excessive physical activity for the rest of the day in order to prevent altitude sickness.
