Day 1	Place & Transport	Arrival in Beijing
	Today's Activities	Your tour will start with a warm welcome by our professional English speaking guide at the airport. Transfer to the hotel and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 2	Place & Transport	Beijing
	Today's Activities	Begin to explore Beijing from paying a visit first to the largest and grandest square in the world – Tiananmen Square. As walking through the square, you will come to the magnificent Forbidden City, the biggest palace complex in the world. Then, you will hop on a rickshaw to ride through the narrow alleys for a Hutong Tour, and pay a visit of a local family as well as have the lunch with local neighborhoods. Then go on to appreciate the fantastic Summer Palace, the biggest and best-preserved imperial garden so far.

Day 3	Place & Transport	Beijing
	Today's Activities	The sightseeing today starts from exploring the great Temple of Heaven where emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties had worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvest. Afterwards, you will be guided to the snaking Mutianyu Great Wall, an uncrowded section with comfortable round trip cable car to take and picturesque scenery to enjoy. As for lunch, it will be offered at an elegant restaurant at the foot of the Great Wall.Take a chance to have a close view of the Bird's Nest and Water Cube on the way back to the city. At night, the dinner is arranged to let you taste mouthwatering and authentic Peking Duck. Enjoy the world-famous Kung Fu Show afterwards.

Day 4	Place & Transport	Beijing-Lhasa
	Today's Activities	Today you will take a flight to Lhasa. Our guide will meet you at the destination airport and transfer you to the hotel. You will need time to adapt to the high altitude and should avoid excessive physical activities for the rest of the day in order to prevent altitude sickness. Dinner is served at hotel.

Day 8	Place & Transport	Tsetang-Gyangtse
	Today's Activities	Drive to the ferry of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and take the ferry across to visit the Samye Monastery. Then drive to Gyangtse and check into the hotel.

Day 9	Place & Transport	Gyangtse-Shigatse
	Today's Activities	Today's excursion covers Palkhor Monastery and Gyangtse Old Street in the morning. Then, drive to Shigatse. Pay a visit to Tashilunpo Monastery after lunch.

Day 10	Place & Transport	Shigatse-Dingri

Day 11	Place & Transport	Dingri-Everest Base Camp-Dingri
	Today's Activities	Today's sightseeing takes you to the Everest Base Camp and the highest Monastery in the world, Rongbuk Monastery. Then back to Dingri. Dinner is served at hotel.

Day 12	Place & Transport	Dingri- Zhangmu
	Today's Activities	Drive to Zhangmu (about 6 hours) and transfer to the hotel. You could enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Himilayas on the way. Dinner is served in the hotel.

Day 13	Place & Transport	Zhangmu - Katmandu
	Today's Activities	See off at the Friendship Bridge across the China-Nepal border. Here you need to go through a simple exit and entry formalities. Drive to Kathmandu (about 125 Km) and check into the hotel upon your arrival. The rest of the day is left on your own.
