We want to thank everybody of CTO, they were very kind and arranged our rush trip very efficiently....
For the vehicle during the whole trip:
We didn’t have any problem with the transport, it was very clean, and the drivers always very kind....everything was perfect....
For the tour guide:
All of our guides speak very well English, very clearly, and they where always very kind.
All the hotels seems like a 5 star hotel, jejeje, they were very comfortable, clean, with all the facilities and near very important points of interests... We recommend them a lot....
Every one in the hotel were very good as I said before, but we like Hong Kong hotel i think it was city view hotel....it has swimming pool, gym and also the breakfast was excelent.....
All restaurants were very good, the food was new for us, because Chinese food in Mexico is very different, but it was delicious everywhere, especially in Shanghai....
For the shopping stores, we were not obligate to buy, but it was almost impossible, everything they sale was very interesting and beautiful....
China is a very charming country, with a very interesting culture that goes back for more than 5000 years ago, and nowadays, it remains very alive... But also, you will find modernity most finnest expression at the same time.... It has many beautiful places to visit, very safe, and you will find always kind people in your way, I really recommend to visit china...

Thank you for arranging a very nice tour. Everything went according to schedule.
The vehicles that picked us up were clean and comfortable. The drivers were very good, very careful.
The tour guides were very professional and spoke english very well. We had no trouble understanding them.
We had water in each of the vehicles
The Hotels and restaurants were very nice. The food was good and the servers were polite and helpful.
Overall the arrangements were perfect. We were greeted at the airport on time. Our luggage was transported to our hotel and the guide helped with our reservations. At the airports, the guide obtained our boarding passes and made sure our luggage was properly marked.
We would certainly use ChinaTourOnline again!

Thank you for your kind letter and for very good organized tour. Both, me and my wife, enjoyed every minute of the tour and we’ll recommend it to our friends.
Generally speaking, only problem was weather. It was cold, specially on cruiser, but it is not connected with your company and service. We didn’t have any problems with your drivers and guides. On the contrary: they were very kind and helpful in every situation. Specially, I have to emphasize their perfect english (guides in Beijing, Xi’an and Yichang) and their knowledge about everything what was interesting to us. Vehicles were clean, we got our mineral water and enjoyed the service. Hotels and service in hotels are very good. The best one is hotel in Shanghai, Lexington Plaza. We don’t have any objections about restorants, service and food. They were clean and food was delicious and I could not say which one is the best. There were many shopping stores/factories arranged during the trip, maybe to many for my taste but that is individual. Other members of the group probably liked it more than me.
In one word: trip was amazing.
Besides, we met many interesting people from all the parts of the world: Americans, Japanese, Bangladesh, Brasil, Peru, China and we are from Croatia. I send one photo of our group.

All 3 tour vehicles were in great shape. All went well during the whole trip.
Drivers were very polite, courteous & punctual yet aggressive enough to handles the challenges of driving in these cities.
All 3 guides were very knowledgeable, very thoughtful and are quite concern for our safety at all time although we found all 3 cities to be quite safe to travel by ourselves as first time visitors.
Restaurants were relatively clean and the staffs were quite polite and helpful. The lunch during our Xian tour was quite good. I think we both did enjoy that lunch :) Both the breakfast at Beijing’s Xuanwumen hotel and Shanghai’s Hengsheng hotel were great offering acceptable quality and lot of choices.
For location we would vote for Beijing’s Xuanwumen Hotel, however, for newness, Shanghai’s Hotel Hengsheng is the one.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better tour company. We really had a wonderful trip even though it is only budget package. We could afford a much better package if we want but we want to be as local as possible being of Chinese descents... All staff involved were courteous and professional. We like to thanks all the tour guides and drivers involved who really had our safety in mind when we were with them. We were impressed with Nancy in Beijing who seems to have the history of ancient China memorized like the back of her palm.
Throughout my correspondence with CTO while in Canada before our trip commence, and after we landed in China, Tracy has provided us with very timely and organized email reminders that’s were very reassuring for first time travelers to these cities. The contact information for each city prior to our arrival gave us peace of mind to say the least. We like to express our appreciation & thanks to Tracy for going above & beyond the call of her duty to visit us at our hotel in Xian...to make sure that we were well looked after. We also want to thanks her for presenting us with the beautiful silk souvenirs.
Will we use CTO for our future China tours? It is a resounding Yes!
