Vehicles were kept in excellent condition at all times. No problems occurred.
Drivers were very polite. Driver in Xian was on his mobile phone a lot which several people made comment on.
Tour guides were excellent in communicating. Lena in Xian was outstanding and Mia our guide in Beijing was very good also.
Most of us commented on how good the restaurants were. Some of course were better than others but the standard of food was excellent. Our first night in Shanghai the restaurant was the least appealing with the food but as our flight was delayed and we arrived late not sure if this factor contributed to the food served.
Restaurant meals were excellent. All were clean and the toilets etc good apart from Restaurant in Shanghai as mentioned above. Food served was outstanding in some but the most impressive was a Restaurant during our Beijing visit. After visiting the Great wall we ate at an outstanding restaurant both in presentation and food served. It was excellent! All staff served us well in all restaurants visited during our tour.
We loved the standard of hotels offered. The service was excellent in all. The staff attending to all our requirements made our stays excellent. Lena was outstanding at this also. The best hotel is hard to name as all were different and excellent if we had to choose the best, we believe the Shanghai hotel, Lexington.
Not sure how many stores/factories we visited but we were fine with the visits. Many people bought goods as this was their only chance to shop. We didnt buy, but didnt feel pressured into buying anything. Some travellers only chance to buy were at these places they mentioned.
We loved the tour and intinary provided. Value for money was outstanding. Accomdation and Restaurants were excellent and the food served was of the highest quality and quantity! The bus’s used for daily travel were excellent in size and were clean and drivers polite and friendly. The guides were excellent and knowledge shared with us re historical information was outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending China Tour Online to all our friends.

All vehicles were clean and in good ship. No incidents to report. The drivers were great. The one in Beijing was very polite and friendly.
All the tour guides were fantastic and knowledgeable. Joy was excellent in Beijing. Sean in Shanghai was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to assist us with buying train tickets to Hangzhou.
The mineral water you provided was a nice service. The restaurants were excellent. The best meal was on the way to the airport after the river cruise. The least enjoyable meal was in Shanghai at the silk factory. I also enjoyed the dumpling meal. All the hotels were great and the overall tour was excellent. It was good value for money.
BTW, thanks to Lydia who came to see us in Xian and give us the nice gift.
I will definitely recommend your company to any friends traveling to China in the future. I have passed your information on to some friends living in Hangzhou to use you for their future travels.

Thank you for your email. Overall my tour was very enjoyable and I thank you for help with organising it. I will try to provide more specific answers to your survey as per below (given in red):
Vehicle was very clean and tidy. No problems during the trip.
For restaurants, as far as hotels are concerned, the Xian hotel was very good, clean and of good standard. The Louyang hotel was somewhat disappointing, room and bathroom condition in need of renovation, TV had no English speaking channels at all and breakfast in restaurant was very average. The Shanghai hotel was OK except that construction works are going on right around the hotel.
All three guides were very polite, and reasonably well spoken and made every effort to be understood and to understood my questions and inquiries.
All three tour guides (May, Jammie and Ana) were extremely helpful , polite and informative, prepared to go out of their way to assist and make my trip enjoyable.Informative, more than shopping. Guides were helpfull with assisting me with my own shopping arrangements. I will email to you a few photos once I down load them from my camera.

Dear Ivy Lu and Tracy Liu,
Thank you for organizing the wonderful trip for us in China. All of us had a wonderful time with you and thoroughly enjoyed all the cultural shows there. The hotel accommodations and services were also very good.
My only worry is the vegetarian food for my future trips. Unfortunately the vegetarian people are not at all flexible where food is concerned and that makes it more difficult for the organizers to arrange for their food !
For the rest of us the food was simply delicious and there was such a variety too ! Thank you for all the trouble you took.
My guides everywhere tried their best to help with this vegetarian food problem and so we somehow managed that side.
Our tour vehicles and the drivers were very good. We got our two bottles of mineral water each day free.
Unlike my previous experience, I found that the guides here did not try to push us to buy things from the factories or shops. They did not trouble us.
I would like to say a special word for our guide in Shanghai, Jessica. She was the best and I wish to definitely have her for my next visit. Lena in Xian was also good and so was Michael while Li in Guilin was a nervous lady and tried her best to satisfy us. On the whole they were all good, with Jessica the best.
Before taking another group I am now wanting to visit China with my husband because I liked your beautiful country so much. My husband will also like the picturesque country and enjoy all the lovely meals too.
