Thank you for arranging a very nice tour. Everything went according to schedule.
The vehicles that picked us up were clean and comfortable. The drivers were very good, very careful.
The tour guides were very professional and spoke english very well. We had no trouble understanding them.
We had water in each of the vehicles
The Hotels and restaurants were very nice. The food was good and the servers were polite and helpful.
Overall the arrangements were perfect. We were greeted at the airport on time. Our luggage was transported to our hotel and the guide helped with our reservations. At the airports, the guide obtained our boarding passes and made sure our luggage was properly marked.
We would certainly use ChinaTourOnline again!

All vehicles were clean and in good ship. No incidents to report. The drivers were great. The one in Beijing was very polite and friendly.
All the tour guides were fantastic and knowledgeable. Joy was excellent in Beijing. Sean in Shanghai was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to assist us with buying train tickets to Hangzhou.
The mineral water you provided was a nice service. The restaurants were excellent. The best meal was on the way to the airport after the river cruise. The least enjoyable meal was in Shanghai at the silk factory. I also enjoyed the dumpling meal. All the hotels were great and the overall tour was excellent. It was good value for money.
BTW, thanks to Lydia who came to see us in Xian and give us the nice gift.
I will definitely recommend your company to any friends traveling to China in the future. I have passed your information on to some friends living in Hangzhou to use you for their future travels.

We returned home safely, thank you very much. I always dreamed of visiting China. This trip fulfilled all my expectations. Everyone was so kind to us and we got to visit almost everything that we hoped to see. I would like to review my trip as below:
The vehicles were all nice. Our driver in Beijing was wonderful, always there, on time. Our driver in Guilin was very patient. Our flight was cancelled and we had no way to call. We hoped that you would be able to know that we were put on the next plane. Our guide, Chanel, wasn’t informed and she and the driver had to wait at the airport for over two hours but they were there for us when we arrived. Chanel was also a lovely guide. Her English was excellent. You are to be congratulated on the people that are your guides.
There was no smoking or yelling. Our driver in Beijing was kind enough to alter the schedule for us so that we were able to go early to the sights and we really appreciated that.
The guides were very polite. They had much knowledge which they shared with us.
Our hotels in Beijing and Shanghai were very good. As we said, the one in Xian was a bit of a disappointment from the lack of vacuuming but the location was excellent. The hotels in Guilin and Yangshuo were also located very well. The hotel in Hong Kong was very convenient for us to take buses and trains.
Everyone we met on the trip were so kind to us. The restaurants were good. We enjoyed the breakfasts in all the cities except Xian. I enjoyed all the other food, both the American and the Chinese. The omelets chef in Hong Kong was great!
No one made us uncomfortable. We enjoyed most of the hotels. It would be hard to choose the best. Since we stayed in Beijing the longest, I guess I would pick that hotel if I had to choose one.
Our guides were all lovely. We spent the most time with Nancy and, as we told you, she was knowledgeable and so considerate and did everything that we asked for to enable us to make the most of our time in Beijing. Chanel was so very sweet under such trying conditions and she still gave us so much information in her very excellent English.

Overall the China tour was well worth it. We saw and did everything indicated on the tour description and the convenience of a tour company made the trip easy to manage. We were supplied with everything we needed and everything was booked for us. All we had to do was show up. The free bottled water that was provided to all of us was definitely a nice touch. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable about the cities and tourist attractions. Traveling in a small group also allowed everyone to bond and get to know each other. The people we traveled with made the trip a lot more fun. I feel very fortunate to have made new friends.

Thanks for a wonderful trip to China. It was everything that I had hoped it would be.
The vehicles were great. The drivers were very good as well. The tour guides were remarkably reliable and helpful. Our guides Amanda and Juliet were especially good. They went out of their way to accommodate our desires.
The hotels in Shanghai and Beijing were wonderful. The one is Xi’an was okay, but not quite as good.
We especially liked the Kong Yiji Restuarant in Beijing. There was always plenty of good food at all the restaurants (perhaps too much food).
