Mr. Alan Morris's China Tour Review
Hi Lydia,
It was great to finally meet up with you at the end of the tour and I thought I would just send you a short note to thank you for all the work you put in to make our trip to China such a magical one. For the 12 days we were there, it difficult to find any fault in everything you set up for us, and your professionalism is beyond reproach. We have toured with Trafalgar, Scenic and others and have found your expertise to be equal to, if not in excess than any of them. I must admit that sending $10,000.00 to an internet Company that I have never even heard of before, was more than a little daunting. However after several exchanges of communication we developed a trust that you were extremely genuine people. There was still a slight element remaining in the back of my mind that when we go there, the vehicles might be sub standard and the drivers unsafe, and the Motel rooms of a low quality. All of this was completely unfounded with the vehicles being almost new and the drivers outstanding, with the result we felt completely safe at all times even though the traffic was extremely chaotic and dense at times. All of our guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The 5 star Hotels were beautiful and well up to par compared with World standards. The cruise down the Yangtze River was also good value, however it was raining and the river was extremely low and we had to go down a very long flight of stairs without a hand rail with a couple of bad knees, which made it an unpleasant experience late at night, with the stairs being as wet as they were. However this was a local Council problem and the Cruise People were trying to negotiate to have it upgraded. When the river returns to normal, there would be no problem. Once on the Boat it was a great cruise, and well worth the money. The Terra Cotta Warriors are a sight to behold and defy the imagination as was the Forbidden City, and the Great Wall. Makes one wonder why we have never made the trip to China before, and we can’t wait to go again. When we do, which might not be too long away, we will certainly be using your Company and will be recommending you to all our friends and contacts. Thankyou for showing us the ’Enchantment of China’ and its People, in the best possible way.
Happy for you to use the above as a testiment on your internet sight if you wish. It was also nice of your Manager to take the time to come and meet with us.
Until we meet again,
Thank you,
Kind Regards,
Alan, Val Sue Morris & Dot Baker.

Sian & Tjong's China Tour Review
Dear Tracy and Ivy,
As a follow up to our China trip, we would like to express our thanks for your excellent coordination and services. We had a very enjoyable and informative trip. As a first-time tourist to China, and also a first-time customer to your company, we really appreciate the smoothness and efficient way we were shown around. And we would highly recommend our first guide in Shanghai : Ms. Bella Yang. Her attitude, her punctuality, her planning and scheduling, and the way she took care of us while we were with her was beyond excellent. We sincerely believe that because of her we had a very good first impression of China in general, of Shanghai in particular, and also of your travel agency. She communicated clearly and concisely, and also patiently, and she always gave us timely explanations. We would like to tell our friends when they visit Shanghai to strongly request her to be their guide.
We were also impressed by our tour guide in Suzhou, Ms. Janet Zhang, even though we were there only for one day.
We had only a short contact (less than half a day in Shanghai) with our guide on April 18, Ms. Zhao Rong, but we think with more experience she will be an excellent guide.
We are sure that for a travel agency, which is basically a service company, any customer feedback is highly important in maintaining quality and specially customer relation and satisfaction. We hope the feedback above could help a lot for your future work.
Looking forward to our future trips to China.
Best regards,
Sian & Tjong

Dear CTO Team,
First of all we would like to thank you for all the efforts and the great tour we experienced.
We enjoyed it from the first to the last minute – one of our best holiday ever. We surely will recommend CTO to our friends as well using your service again on our next trip.
All of your tour guides have been fabulous!!! A BIG BIG thank you for them all!!! They all took good care of us, helped where ever needed, advised us on prices. We have been positive surprised how knowledgeable all of them have been, and how flexible with arrangements they used to be. Since they have been our main contact persons, it was great to hear from their daily live, what made the experience of china even bigger. All of them spoke excellent English. My wife needed some medicine in Beijing and Juliette was wonderful helpful. Nicole arranged us VIP seating in the theater what was very kind. Judy had to turn around the whole program for us, and organized us a river cruise – fabulous.
All cars have been clean, we never had to wait for the car. Our driver in Beijing was extremely friendly, every morning welcomed us with a smile and a “hello”. Always on time. Our driver in shanghai had a sense of humor what was great even he did not speak English. Our driver in Xian was polite but never smiled.
All hotels have been good. Prime Hotel Beijing, super location, very nice room, big bath room and clean, we appreciated the free internet connection. All staff have been friendly. Breakfast was ok New World Hotel Xian, rooms have been nice & clean. Staff at front office and bell counter have been friendly and helpful, facilities like tennis court are run down. The staff at the restaurant was not very professional. On the program we would have had a international buffet, we got a set menu – what was ok. The service for the set was a little bit unorganized, wines on the menu haven’t been available. Cleared dishes before having finished them
Crowne Plaza Shanghai, excellent room, super modern, helpful staff, and the fantastic breakfast buffet, coffee was the best we had in whole china. What we really appreciated was that all hotels had CNN on TV.
Food was always very tasty and well selected, as well our guides always ensured that we get taken care of, there was never something that westerners would not have eaten. The duck restaurant in Beijing was fabulous, as well the dumplings in Xian have been very delicious, one of our group didn’t eat mushroom, and our guide organized special dumpling for her. The restaurant where we had dinner on Tuesday, 2nd day in Beijing, was a little bit strange, they served us fish, and then cleared it 5 minutes after, saying it is for another table. The first restaurant in shanghai, with the minority food, was not really clean food was ok. To have a western dinner in the middle of the tour was a welcomed break from Chinese.
All guides asked us if we are ok to visit one or the other store/ factory, and never pushed us. as well they did not push us to buy something. The whole program was well balanced, and very interesting. We really enjoyed it.
All our Tour guides & the drivers in Beijing & shanghai have been fantastic, as well your office team did a great job and follow up on all points. Thank you.
Best wishes,
Daniel

| Our clients at Terra-Cotta Army, Xian |
Dear Lydia and Andee,
We are back in the United States now but I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Xian. I really appreciate how you were able to schedule the trip on such short notice. My only regret is that we did not have more time to spend in mainland China, but we may make another trip in about a year to do just that. We were able to do quite a lot in just two days in Xian. Our guide (Amy) and our driver (Mr. Chang) were both excellent. They took care of everything. We just had to enjoy ourselves! The terra cotta warriors were amazing and Amy was very knowlegeable about the history and details of the site. We were impressed with the city wall as we did not realize it was so big! We worked up quite a thirst riding bikes around the wall and were very appreciative of the bottled water that was available. All the meals were excellent, especially the dumpling dinner and the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. Our hotel was very nice and we had no problems checking in or out. Everyone was very kind and always smiling. Amy and Mr. Chang really made an extra effort to make sure we were comfortable. When my wife had a stomach ache, they made an immediate stop at a local pharmacy to get some medicine that fixed the problem. Overall it was an excellent trip that we will always remember!
Thanks again !

| Our clients at Mt. Huangshan |
Dear friends at CTO,
Thank you very much for the wonderful trip organized by CTO, we were very pleased that we had two unforgettable weeks in China with you.
Initially when we took on your offer some of us in the group were not sure we are going to get a trip or what was on offer but they were pretty pleased when Nancy meet us at the beijing airport and the trip was was expected from the list. Good show. And I'd like to praise John Wu or Wu Chung in Mt. Huangshan, he is the best tour guide we had.
The hotels were very comfortable, the best one is the sheraton, the attendant was helpful and the palce is superb. Talking about food, like the country food after the walk from the great wall and the dinner in the town of Mt. Huangshan was unique and delicious at the old road restaurant. Highly recommended, others were ok.
The vehicles are quite clean and tidy with air-conditioners during the whole trip, and the tour guide sort all of them very well. We were very pleased the way they handle the situation. Even the climb in Mt. Huangshan, John changed the itinary because of the rain so the trip was not spoiled. Even English is not be the first language but the tour guides were able to give us a decent tour of the place. The bottles of mineral water did save us the trouble of getting a supply of water each day.
