Thanks for organizing such a memorable China trip for us.
All of our guides were great. Spoke great English, knew the subject matter, helpful with things we need to do or wanted to do.
We did everything we wanted - just not enough time in China. We will have to go back.
Drivers and vehicles were great - no complaints.
The food was good. Loved the bar-b-que in Beijing, the lunch at the Great Wall.
We got the water every day - no problems.
I am on my way to the U.S. for the holidays and won’t be back until mid-January. I will forward some photos to you when I get them downloaded.
We will give your company name to any of our friends that wish to travel to China.

Thank you for a professionally organised trip. Here is the evaluation document and the comments to questions you have provided:
1. In general I considered the guide services as very good. All guides had an excellent knowledge of the history of the particular attraction I was viewing. In some cases it was quite interesting talking to the guides concerning other matters regarding China in general, such as the education system, technical development and politics. They were quite pleasant company at times. I was given notice regarding most stops at factories and souvenir shops. Some more information regarding these types of visits should be given before the event. I however was not pressured into doing shopping.
2. All drivers were very experienced and the vehicles were clean and tidy. I especially liked the driver in Beijing who should be considered for Formula One racing after managing to drive around under traffic conditions like that.
3. One of the highlights of my trip to China was the food. I had no problems with it at all. The variety of dishes supplied on the trip gave me a better insight into Chinese cuisine. The quality and volume of food on the boat trip down the Yangtze was excellent.
4. Bottled water was provided on all occasions however I preferred the local beers and Chinese wine ?

We were lucky to have very good guides from your company-right from reception in Chengdu to departure in Guangzhou.
They spoke well and always concerned about our being able to follow all the tours arranged. In Yichang, we were too tired from the Cruise events the night before so we requested not to continue further tour to the cave and our guide obliged our request. Jimmy even stayed and helped us to check-in for our flights to Guanghzou as we were told earlier that our names were not on the airlines name list which worried us a bit on our trip. The driver waited for him too. We appreciated that very much.
In Guangzhou too, our guide checked-in and sent us to departure lounge before leaving us.
To sum up, we are happy with all the guides & we were never pressured to go where we did not want to go.
We had no complaints about all the drivers and condition of the vehicles except why we were given huge buses for our small group!
We are sure we will use your services in our future travels to China but we will request for less but quality food as I mentioned in my assessment form that basic food like plain rice/noodles with one good meat/one good fish dish and one or two fresh local vegetables and variety of local fresh fruits would have made our trip perfect.
We were given the water when they were much needed when we did not have time to go to buy them

We had a wonderful time in China - we would, however, on another occasion, ask for a tour that did not include any meals.
Nancy in Beijing was very good - she was a lot of fun.
We found all guides to be polite, professional and knowledgeable. I feel, Lisa, Tiger and Nancy suited our specific personality the best - we like young, relaxed and energetic people. We did not feel pressured to shop, but all factories seemed well adapted and ready to handle their factory tour and then assigned somebody to go right behind you in the shop.
Except in Shanghai, where we asked for the car to be changed, they were clean and well equiped from the beginning.
All drivers were polite - best drivers in Xi’an and Beijing.
For our next tour, we would not like to book with meals included - although all meals were good, we really prefer open dining for the next time.
Our favorite: Pancake in Xi"an with Lisa
Our worst - Mongolian BBQ with Shen - the place catered to busloads of tourists - literally!
Excellent - Beijing - before the great wall - an elegant golf course/spa/ hotel with Nancy
In Beijing with Nancy - Peking Duck
Good - Dim Sum banquet in Xi’an.
We did not keep track of how many bottles we drank - but we were offered water every day, at every destination, and never felt thirsty or deprived of this amenity.

I just got home last night and one of the first things that I wanted to do was to write you and thank you for a WONDERFUL China experience! I am so thankful that I chose your organization. I observed other tour groups while there and was really thankful to be part of a group that was smaller! Please feel free to use me as a reference as I will gladly tell people of my experience.
The guides were great. I learned so much. I thought were really better than expected. We stopped at two factories with Tony, one with Lisa...that I remember. While shopping was part of the experience, it was not too much. There was no pressure from the guides. Shopping is part of travel and I was thankful for the stops
I liked the local restaurants way more than the places that catered to groups of tourists. The ones in Beijing were superb. It seemed like we traveled far to get to some of the group places, especially in Shanghai..
The hotels are better than expected!!! The one in Shanghai was awesome.. but the others were fine as well
