Today's Beijing exploration covers the largest city square in the world, Tiananmen Square, and the majestic Forbidden City in the morning. After lunch, head for the impressive Temple of Heaven. You will enjoy the welcome dinner of a palatable Peking Duck Banquet in a notable restaurant followed by a classical Peking Opera performance. Back to the hotel.

Go on to explore Beijing by climbing the famed Badaling Great Wall in the morning. After enjoying lunch, reach Ming Tombs through the tranquil Sacred Way to get more idea of Ming Dynasty.On the way back to the city, you will have a photo stop at the Olympic Stadium, nicknamed Bird's Nest and the National Swimming Centre, also known as the Water Cube. Dinner is left for you to taste some local snacks yourself.

Commence to visit Summer Palace in the morning. After a la carte lunch,you will be transfered to take a flight to Xian. Pay a visit to Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to airport. Then board a flight to Lhasa. Our local guide will pick you up and show you to the hotel. You will need time to adapt to the high altitude and should avoid excessive physical activity for the rest of the day in order to prevent altitude sickness. Today's dinner will be served at the hotel.

Today's sailing along Yangtze River offers you the charming sights of the spectacular Qutang Gorge and the pretty Wu Gorge. The knowledgeable river guide will let you get more idea of Three Gorges including the ancient plank road, mengliang stairway and hanging coffins. Land at Badong for a small wooden boat trip to enjoy the natural beauty of the crystal Shennong Stream. Return to the ship and continue sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. Tonight Farewell Party starts at 19:00. And the get-together at 20:30 invites you to join in the cruise staff's performance.
