Today's Activities Our guide will greet you at the airport and then transfer you to the well-located 5-star hotel. The rest of the day will be free for you to adjust to the jet lag or explore the city by yourself.

Day 2

Place & Transport Beijing
Today's Activities After breakfast, your visit in Beijing begins from the largest public square in the world - Tiananmen Square. Walking through the square, you will enter the world's largest palace building complex-Forbidden City. Afterwards, drive to Old Beijing's Hutongs (narrow alleys) for a rickshaw ride, visit a traditional courtyard house and taste a delicious lunch served at a local family home. Then enjoy the breathtaking views of Summer Palace, the finest imperial garden built in Qing Dynasty.

Day 3

Place & Transport Beijing
Today's Activities The morning excursion takes you to Temple of Heaven where emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven for good harvest. After lunch at a local restaurant, you take a scenic drive to the Great Wall, the less- crowded Mutianyu section (including round-trip cable car). Taste delicious Peking Duck at dinner. In the evening, watch the world-famous Kungfu Show before driving back to hotel.

Day 4

Place & Transport Beijing-Xian
Today's Activities Check out in the morning, and then take a photo stop at the Bird's Nest and Water Cube-the main stadiums of 2008 Beijing Olympics on the way to Beijing 798 Art Zone. Beijing 798 Art Zone with more than 200 art & culture galleries was once a military-industrial factory complex since early 1950's. As for lunch, you can get by yourself in Beijing 798 Art Zone. Then take the afternoon flight to Xi'an for more Chinese history experience. Upon arrival in Xian, our local guide will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is free.

Day 5

Place & Transport Xian
Today's Activities Take an excursion to China's greatest archaeological discovery-Terracotta Warriors and Horses, an underground army for the tomb of China's First Emperor over 2,200 years ago. After lunch, drive to the square in front of Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Built in the Tang Dynasty, the pagoda is the landmark of this city. A walk around the square will help you appreciate the exquisite Tang-styled architectures and sculptures. This evening, you attend a special Dumpling banquet followed by a remarkable Tang Dynasty Culture Show.

Day 6

Place & Transport Xian-Chongqing
Today's Activities The morning tour includes the well preserved Xi'an City Wall, which was built in the 13th century on the foundations of the original Tang Forbidden City; a bike ride on the wall is arranged. Followed by visiting the Great Mosque and the famous Muslim Street nearby, you touch the real local life here. Then transfer to the airport and leaving for Chongqing. You'll have lunch on the flight to Chongqing. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our guide at the airport. If time permits, you will explore the historic Ciqikou Old Town. After dinner, embark on the deluxe Century Star Cruise ship which weighs anchor at 22:30.

Day 7

Place & Transport Yangtze River Cruise
Today's Activities Sail along the Yangtze River today. There is a necessary Safety, Orientation & River Briefing presentation for you in the morning. Take a shore excursion to Shibaozhai, which looks like a strangely-shaped pagoda hugging a hill. It is about 200 meters or 700 feet tall. Shibaozhai Pagoda is a 12-tier wooden pavilion with a height of 56 meters (184 feet) built against the mountain. Visitors reach the top of the mountain by climbing the stairs inside the pavilion.
Enjoy the wonderful Chinese folk dance and music performance by the cruise staff at the exciting Captain's Welcome Banquet in the evening.

Day 8

Place & Transport Yangtze River Cruise
Today's Activities Today's sailing along Yangtze River offers you the unrivalled sights of the grand Qutang Gorge and the enticing Wu Gorge. The knowledgeable river guide will offer you more ideas about the Three Gorges including the ancient plank road, mengliang stairway, and hanging coffins, etc. Then land at Badong for a small wooden boat trip to enjoy the breathtaking natural beauties of the crystal clear Shennong Stream. Return to the ship and continue sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. At tonight's Farewell Party, you can join in the amazing performance by the cruise staff.

Day 9

Place & Transport Yichang-Shanghai
Today's Activities Explore the gargantuan project of the Three Gorges Dam after breakfast. Then return to the ship and prepare for check-out. The ship will reach Yichang at about 11:30 and our guide will meet you on board. After lunch, our guide will transfer you to the airport, and then you will fly to the dynamic Shanghai. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by another local guide and transferred to the hotel.

Day 10

Place & Transport Shanghai
Today's Activities In the morning, pay a visit to Shanghai Museum where a large number of cultural relics from different dynasties are displayed, and Nanjing Road as well as the Bund. After lunch, visit Yuyuan Garden with the local market nearby.Pay a visit to former French Concession Region which is packed with numerous shops, French colonial architecture and plenty of cafés and restaurants. And then stroll along Tianzifang where you can find the special architecture of old Shanghai city. Enjoy the exciting Acrobatic Show in the evening. Drive back to the hotel.

Day 11

Today's Activities After morning break, transfer you to take the flight to Guilin. You will be picked up and transferred to the hotel by our guide.

Day 12

Place & Transport Guilin-Yangshuo-Guilin
Today's Activities After a big breakfast (the lunch served on the cruise won't be as nice as the one served at a restaurant, so you're kindly advised to enjoy a big breakfast), our local guide will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to Zhujiang Pier where we'll take a cruise to Yangshuo along the enthralling Li River. You'll spend roughly 4 hours on enjoying the intoxicating natural beauties. Upon your arrival in Yangshuo, an exciting short bicycle tour to the idyllic countryside will be followed after short refreshment. During the bicycle tour, a family visit is arranged for you to learn more about the daily life of local farmer's. Transfer back to Guilin.

Note: If you do not like riding bicycle in Yangshuo, battery car could also be arranged instead of bicycle, but extra charge need be paid.

Day 13

Place & Transport Guilin – Hong Kong
Today's Activities Pay a visit of Elephant Trunk Hill, the landmark of Guilin. After lunch, visit Reed Flute Cave, where you could appreciate all the uniquely shaped rocks and various-colored stone pillars. Then, drive to the airport and take the flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, please go and check in the hotel we have booked for you by yourself.

Today's Activities The whole day in Hong Kong is left on your hands, so you can explore the intriguing charm of the city according to your preferences. You are highly recommended to visit the intoxicating Victoria Peak which ranks as Hong Kong's highest peak, the popular Repulse Bay which is reputed as Hong Kong's most enchanting bay and the famous Aberdeen Fishing Village where you will experience the traditional features of Hong Kong's fishing village, etc.
